Summary
Tom Ruleau (born 1946) has fished for a living throughout his life. Presently he fishes with pound nets for smelt and alewife, and with trap nets for white fish. He has built several steel skiffs and modified several larger steel boats for his fishing operations. He describes his involvement in fishing and boat building.
