Stephen Hall is an old-time backup guitar player and fiddler. He was a master in the Missouri Folk Arts Program's Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Program in backup guitar in 1996, 1997, 2006, 2016, and 2017. He is the grandson of North Missouri-style dance fiddler Vesta Johnson.
