Fikreta Muratovic is a Bosnian weaver living in Hartford CT. She lived in Vlasenica, near Tuzla, before the war, and came to the US as a refugee with her family. She learned weaving from her mother Fatima Vejzovic and then worked for Bosfam, a weaving cooperative in Tuzla, Bosnia.
