This collection consists of approximately 30 interviews that build off research conducted ten years earlier by Jane Beck through the Legacy of the Lake Project. VFC Folklorist Gregory Sharrow revisited Lake Champlain to explore the waterway's place in the culture of the region, and its economic and recreational impact on Vermont, New York and southern Québec. These interviews took place between 1993-1994
