Administrative/Biographical History ElementUndertaken by Emma Tomingas-Hatch in 2009, this project documented the Vietnamese of Southern Louisiana through 8 interviews and two cultural events--Lunar New Year at Tam Bao Temple in Baton Rouge and a Catholic Retreat held at a Vietnamese Hall in Abbeville. Ms. Tomingas-Hatch's article, "
